If you do not have a PayPal account, no worries, as long as you have a credit card with some remaining purchasing power, or a bank account with a positive balance. You will have the option to create your own PayPal account, if you want, but it is certainly not required.

PLEASE NOTE: If you select a "Shipping" item, i.e. anything that does *not* have the "Shipping not required" note, we assume that you will pick up your purchase in Denver (we will give you the pickup address after payment is received).  For the Rw Catalog in electronic-only format, we will email it to you after payment is received.  If you purchase a hard-copy of the Rw Catalog, you will also receive the electronic copy at no additional charge (please remember to pay for the shipping of the hard-copy; see above).

June 2016: Due to recent changes in shipping costs, especially for international shipments, after your purchase we will determine the cost for shipping and will contact you to pay that amount (no additional markup).  Within USA we use USPS Flat Rate shipping wherever possible to minimize cost.  For international shipping we will attempt to find the least expensive option, unless you request otherwise.
