Unless you select a "Shipping" item, we assume that you will pick up your purchase in Denver (we will give you the pickup address after payment is received).  For the Rw Catalog in electronic-only format, we will email it to you after payment is received.  If you purchase a hard-copy of the Rw Catalog, you will also receive the electronic copy at no additional charge.
